THE VARIATION BETWEEN MILITARY MAINTENANCE CREW & CIVIL MAINTENANCE CREW

I get the idea to put in writing this post as I acquire the opinion for career jobs . So, I decided to write a few lines about the variation between military maintenance crew & civil maintenance crew in this ground.
The universal About Both Sides
1. They have equivalent educational background.2. Their job span  are same as they are rectifying the aircraft.
The variation Between Both Sides
1. Their training prerequisite are entirely different. For the civil one, we just to pass all the  exam, gain all the working schedules, then pass the interview from Concerned . But for the military, they just need to go to course to acquire training from aircraft producer for the definite types of aircraft.2. The salary variation also very big. It is for the reason that as the civil one, we get our salary by consider type-rating we have, the position of job in corporation and also overtime. But for the military, they forfeit you by consider your military rank.3. The job span  are somewhat different between both sides. We can only repair the aircraft based on the type-rating Course we got and they need to join any types of military aircraft. We can realize that their jobs are relatively heavy.4. The position of aircraft maintenance engineers are very big difference in both sides. For the example, we as the technicians, we obtain orders from them. But for the military area, technicians get the jobs completed by themselves and the engineers just find report from them. From at this point, we know that the jobs of engineer in military are quite easy compare to civil part.5. The experience you will grow also different in each side. If you go to military, you can acquire a lot of experience as you want to face any difficulty in military. After you get retired from military and go to civil corrporations, you should be can easily to catch jobs.That all from mine.
